Bring in up to two rings per person for a professional safety inspection and deep cleaning. As part of this service, we are offering free rhodium plating on all white gold rings to restore their signature icy-white luster.

The safety check
When you bring your rings in, our experts perform a thorough check of the settings and claws. We ensure nothing is worn down or compromised, preventing the heartbreak of a lost stone.
Deep clean & refurbishment
Once we have checked your jewellery, it undergoes a professional refurbishment:
- White Gold Rings: Your ring are professionally cleaned, polished, and finished with a fresh layer of Rhodium Plating at no extra cost, giving it a brand new finish.
- All Other Metal: We use professional-grade polishing equipment to remove the fine scratches that accumulate over time, leaving the metal with a mirror-like finish.
If we notice broken claws or loose stones during the process, we will inform you immediately. If you would like us to repair these issues, we will provide a quote for the work required.

If you approve a repair quote, we will book your jewellery into our workshop. This typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Is the free service only for rings?
Yes, our free "Spring Cleaning" service is limited to two rings per person. However, we offer professional cleaning for necklaces, bracelets, and other cherished pieces starting from just £15.
