The expert safety check

When you bring your item into the store, our staff performs a thorough safety inspection:

Rings: We check the setting and claws to ensure they aren't worn down. This ensures your stones are secure and prevents the heartbreak of a lost diamond.
Chains, Necklaces & Bracelets: We inspect every link for signs of thinning and test the clasps to make sure they are in reliable working order.
Earrings: We check all fastenings, settings, claws, and stones to ensure they are safe for daily wear.

Deep clean & refurbishment

Once we have checked your jewellery, it undergoes a professional refurbishment:

White Gold Jewellery: To restore that brilliant icy-white finish, your items are professionally cleaned, polished, and finished with a fresh layer of Rhodium Plating.
All Other Jewellery: We use professional-grade polishing equipment to remove the fine scratches that accumulate over time, leaving the metal with a mirror-like finish.

Pricing & booking

After our initial check, we will provide you with a quote for the work. If you choose to proceed, we will book your item into our workshop. Depending on our current workload and the complexity of the piece, this usually takes 1–2 weeks.

Collection

Your jewellery will look brand new when cleaned and polished. Once your piece is ready, we will contact you to arrange a collection.
