Online Return Information

At Barovic Jewellers we are sure that you will be delighted with your online purchase. In the unlikely event that your Barovic Jewellers purchase isn't suitable we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your item and we will issue a full refund

** Please note that in-store purchases and bespoke orders online are non-refundable**

Please return your item back to us unworn and with its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or for an exchange. Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service either with a courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not accept responsibility for the item until received by us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Exchange

Exchanging an item couldn't be easier!

Simply let us know what you would like to exchange your item for. Should you wish to exchange your item for a more expensive item, we will contact you with regards to paying the difference. Please do not include your card details or cash with your returned order for security reasons.

Send the item and a covering note back to the address above in secure packaging!

(Include your full name, email address, order number and the item you would like in exchange for your previous purchase.)

Refund

Similar to an exchange if you would like to return your items for a refund simply send the item and covering note back to the address above in secure packaging!

(Include your full name, email address, order number for your purchase.)

We will send an email to confirm when your refund has been processed.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returning an item due to a fault:

If your item arrives damaged or defective in anyway please notify us within 3 working days. Kindly keep all packaging and return this back to us with the goods within 30 days. We will reimburse the return postage on damaged or defective goods upon submission of receipt showing the cost you have incurred for returning the item.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you believe you have a received a faulty item please send it back to the address above ensuring it has been packaged securely. Please include a cover note with the following information:

We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days from receiving the returned goods. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
